The chart you are viewing is a NGA standard nautical chart. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has partnered with OceanGrafix to provide commercial and recreational mariners with a good source of nautical chart coverage for international waters. These charts are "printed on demand" but do not contain the latest notice to mariner (NTM) corrections. It is the mariner's responsibility that the necessary chart corrections be applied to ensure accuracy and safety of life at sea (SOLAS).

Purchase review.

Overall I am pleased with the purchase. The shipping "misfire" regarding my choice of courier was resolved and your firm did compensate me for the additional fees charged by UPS. I do make numerous purchases from the U.S. over the course of the year and have found Fedex the courier of choice since they do not charge brokerage fees for small purchases should the shipper not use USPS which from my perspective is the least costly although somewhat slower, but I am rarely in a hurry for the items anyway. UPS fees are excessive and grossly inflated for the services they claim to provide. Regards, David Laing.
