Great product, great customer service

I received the parallel ruler but it was, unfortunately, damaged in shipping. I let American Nautical Services know about it and was contacted in short order by Kelsey, who promised to send a new ruler out immediately.

The new ruler arrived, undamaged, and she followed up to ensure it had arrived.

Great customer service is much appreciated and distinctly lacking in this day and age. Thanks for the help!
