I was looking for a NOAA chart for the area of the Chesapeake Bay where I recently moved. These folks had exactly what i was lookihg for. And a coated chart to boot, so i’m reassured it will remain spot-free! Couldn’t ask for any more.
I've been using American Nautical for many years. Whether in person or on-line, they have always been able to deliver. My purchases have included charts, publications, nautical tools and foreign courtesy flags. Their customer service representatives are friendly and always willing to help fulfill customer needs. More importantly, when I require an item on board the ship in short notice, they get it out ASAP. That's the reason I've been a repeat customer for over two decades.

The representative determined the challenge, stated how to meet the challenge, and then followed up on the required action which resulted in me getting the books much faster than anticipated. Outstanding customer service and a great company!
