It provides the full texts of the List of instruments relevant to Procedures for port State control, 2025 published in appendix 21 of Procedures for port State control, 2025.

This edition presents updates including amendments to Guidelines for the detention of ships (appendix 2) and new Guidelines for port State control officers on security aspects (appendix 20).
