What’s it for?
The List of Ship Stations and Maritime Mobile Service Identity Assignments (MMSI) is a service publication prepared and issued, once a year, by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in accordance with Provision no. 20.8 of the Radio Regulations (RR).
Why is it needed?

Who does the List V apply to?
The CD-ROM includes a database, which enables users to search for and display particulars and details of ship stations, Accounting Authorities and countries responsible for the notifications.
Who needs to have the List V?
As outlined in Appendix 16 to the RR, this List shall be provided to all ship stations for which a Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) installation is required by international agreement.

Still reading and planning. Sequence along the Hudson River is a little confusing at times, doesn’t always seem linnear. I’m as far as Montreal on the reading.
Entertaining and engaging, this book was delivered when they said it would be, in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price.
Nice durable plastic placards instead of the decals you see a lot nowadays.
The book was received in excellent condition and delivered within reasonable time. As an international customer this was very important. American Nautical Services even followed up to make sure everything was good with my purchase. Thank you. Thumbs up.
