40 CFR PARTS 100 TO 135 LOOKS GOOD

I gave it 4 stars because in the delivery came a separate cover sheet. It is a physical thin sheet with the 40 CFR red band and has a print stating " Revised as of July 1, 2022". Makes my collection of CFR books look cheap. I had to staple the corners. Other than that, the book is fine.
