Sailing Directions 183 (Enroute) covers the northern coast of Russia from Nordkapp in the Barents Sea to the Bering Strait in the East Siberian Sea, including Zemlya Frantsa-Iosifa, the Kara Sea, and the Laptev Sea. It is issued for use in conjunction with Sailing Directions 180 (Planning Guide) Arctic Ocean. The companion volumes are Sailing Directions 181 and 182. 8-1/2" x 11".
