The Marshall Islands flag State is regulated by the Marshall Islands Maritime & Corporate Administrators, with the support of International Registries Inc (IRI). Subject to certain requirements, the Marshall Islands considers documentation in an electronic format as being equivalent to carriage of paper documentation.
