The benchmarks or defining characteristics for many of these services have been defined by the respective agency agreements signed between the governments whom manufacturer the navigation products and the chart agent. Changes in international regulations that govern commercial shipping interest also play a key role in influencing changes and enhancements in the services offered by World Class Chart Agents. Notwithstanding these parameters, the hallmark of a given World Class Chart Agent is the methodology and care used by a given agent to develop, implement and maintain these quality sensitive services. POLARIS™ is the trade name given our Automatic Distribution Services. The monthly retail fee per vessel to use POLARIS™ is $39.95 plus a one time set up fee of $75.00 per vessel. Fleet discounts are available for this service.

The service is designed to facilitate compliance with current ISM requirements for commercial shipping interests that otherwise require maintenance of up-to-date navigation materials on board. The content of individual vessel navigation inventories are identified and logged in our POLARIS™ computer program. We generate routine distribution of all newly released navigation publications and navigation charts consistent with release notices from relevant governmental and private sector publishers and the needs of a given individual ship.

SPICA™ is the trade name given to our unique On-Line Dynamic Chart Catalog. The use of SPICA™ is FREE to all users who visit our e-commerce site.

GEMINI™ is the trade name given to our twin services that deal with quality control issues associated with management of navigation related products. The twin services are:
